...have you started doing anything to prep your body for labor? Red Raspberry Leaf Tea, Evening Prim Rose oil, long walks, bouncing on a yoga ball, squats, etc?

I'll start the RRLT and EPO at 35 weeks. The mornings are pleasantly cool out and we've started taking long walks. I'm excited to get this thing going!

Nope, I've been too sick to do anything.  Several other people have comment the past few weeks about how "it feels like the first trimester sickness is back."  I'm so there!

I wish it were over at this point.  I know it's still early, but I'm sick of being pregnant.  Yesterday, I stood up too long in the shower and my body just couldn't handle it.  I passed a blood clot and started having worse contractions.  So I got out, finished packing my hospital bag, and waited.  Nothing happened.  I was so disappointed!  MIL is out of town this week, so it would have been perfect to have this baby without her drama!  Sigh... no contractions at all today, so I guess it's back to the waiting.

I'm not doing anything until after my cousin's birthday party this weekend. And then I'll be careful; my midwives are really concerned about precipitous labor, and I work an hour from home.

No. I have been walking but for exercise. I bought organic raspberry tea but have not had it yet. Baby's head is down, cervix is closed and I'm effaced. Not worried because I'm scheduled for my c section on 9/25 :smileyhappy: Monica

I'm totally not ready but my first acupuncture session (ever) is first thing tomorrow morning. Lol. I also was given some oil for massaging a certain area that I'd prefer to stretch rather than rip. ;-)

First acupuncture session went great - I didn't expect it to actually feel so relaxing. They had LO on the heartrate monitor and me on the contraction monitor (still getting some apparently). I'm looking forward to the next session on Monday! The doc joked that she would send DH home with needles to prick me. ;-)
