Breastfeeding photo too sexy? You be the judge!

If there's one thing that truly bugs us, it's the double standard that often applies when it comes to breasts: If there's a pair peeking out of a sheer tank on a billboard selling cars or soap, most people are fine with it. Put a mom discreetly feeding her babyunder a scarf at the mall and everyone freaks out.
So we're not sure what to make of this image from a 2010 issue of

I don't think it's "too sexy" because it's meant to be provocative. To say it's "too" anything when being "too much" is the point doesn't make sense to me.
Just generally, I think it'd be great if a woman could casually expose that much of her breast to nurse her baby in public without it being such a big, prudeish deal. Whether I'd advise anyone to wear those hoochie shorts, no shirt under her jacket, etc. are a different matter all together. LOL.

As an advertising campaign, the image is fine.

I don't have issue with how much skin.
Americans are so prurient. We're alternately obsessed with sex/the human body & ashamed of it, particularly anything related to the female form. We read lewdness and lascivity into everything. Could there possibly be anything less sexual than a mother feeding her child? I mean seriously. Yet we've somehow so fetishized t*ts that the sight of them in any capacity is too much for people to handle. It's absurd.
Jaime..
I think people in public should stay on the conservative side.
