At my 32 week appointment today, my midwife recommended I start doing breech stretches/exercises. This baby has stayed breech for several weeks. (It was confirmed last week, when I had a gallbladder ultrasound we saw baby boy's head up near my ribs.) I know it's still early, and babies usually flip, but I have large babies and this one is running out of room. I'm not worried yet, he still has time to get into position, but it's just another thing to make me nervous.
Has anyone done breech exercises before or know how successful they are at turning the baby?
