lower stomach muscle pains?

hey ya'll:) I have a question...particularly to the c section mommies i guess?? I don't remember this happening before but(especially today) the bottom of my stomach has been hurting...not really crampy but more like if you done a bunch of sit ups and your muscles get sore.Its a constant thing today.I'm only 5 weeks so i know anything can happen and I'm just wondering if anyone else felt like this and baby was ok?

ive had the same thing all day but nothing like this before today weird

It's my first but feeling that since week 5. Last few days, even the bottoms of my ribs were sore. It was one of the things that made me think I was pregnant. I just rub my tummy gently or take a warm bath. Extra water seems to help, too. I'm drinking like 3-5 liters. Oo

I'm fighting it, too. Pain is never severe, but is definitly uncomfortable! I feel all this pressure in my lower pelvic area after I eat dinner.
