38 1/2 week check up

Went Thursday to the doctors and my doctor said "Why haven't you had this baby yet?" I told him I had been asking the same question. I'm dilated to a 2. He swept my membranes. OMG He must have been extra rough. I've never had it hurt like that before. He asked if I wanted to be induced and I said I would wait for a little longer.

Yesterday I turned 39 weeks and I lost my mucus plug. It was huge! and is still coming out. Other then that not much else going on. Pretty sure this baby will go past his due date. Which is ok I have a concert to go to on Friday. He can come any time after that. I think at my next appt which is this Thursday I'm going to ask to be induced for next week. Funny how now that it's the last week I want him to stay in there till when it's convient for me.
