Better late than never on the announcement ;)

The short of it is she was born at 4:09pm on March 5th, 2010. She weighed 7lbs 5oz and measured 20.5 inches long.

There's really not a long story to tell! We were scheduled to induce due to fast (natural previous) labors + distance to hospital & low fluid levels.

We arrived at the hospital ~7:30am. 8:30 my doc came in and examined me: I was almost 3cm, 50% effaced. She broke my water ~9am and contractions started on their own but the monitors couldn't pick them up. Pretty uncomfortable and couldn't stay still but managing. 10 am they started the pitocin and I ordered the epi since I planned to get one and generally get to transition pretty quickly. 11am = 5cm & Epi. 1pm = 7cm, 2pm= 9cm, 4pm = 10cm and baby right there. 2 contractions & she was born @ 4:09pm. It was all incredibly easy and recovery is going well.

So on the 3rd anniversary of our first of two losses I am holding our 12 day old Hannah. It's such an amazing feeling :)
