Do you feel that you need to keep quiet about your loss?

The following was advice given to a Huffington Post blogger from a doctor following her miscarriage.  Unless she knew beforehand that the other woman had suffered a miscarriage, she was supposed to keep not talk about her loss:

Don't talk about the baby you just lost, the pain -- both emotional and physical -- you're coping with. Look at most of the people you know and love in the face and pretend you were never even pregnant, that the baby you conceived in love and wanted more than you could have ever even imagined didn't exist.

She talks about other insensitive comments that people make when they just don't know what to say.  Feel free to share it with your family and friends who just don't get it, here is the link:

Can you relate to any that she mentions or have ones of your own to share?
