Hi everyone! My name is Trisha. Im 26 and live in Montgomery, AL. My fiance is Thomas, and he's 30. We are TTC after the loss of our baby boy back in September of 2005. His name is Jaylib. He would be turning 5 on May 9th. He passed away from SIDS.

A little about us: we are engaged. The date of the wedding is April 3rd, 2011 (Exactly 11 years together). He is the owner of his own security company here in Montgomery. They specialize in night clubs, parties, etc... He also works at Zaxby's (if you have never been there, you HAVE to go! lol). I just finished taking my GED test yesterday. I should be getting the results here in about 2-3 weeks. Im hoping to be in school by the fall, if not the summer. My major for now will be LPN (Licensed Practitional Nursing), but my ultimate goal is to become a Nurse-Midwife :)

We have been HOPING to conceive since August of 2007, but we have actively been trying for a few months now. My AF's are off wack, so its hard to know when it's coming. My last AF was February 17th, 2010. If AF hasnt come around by April 1st, ill test :)

Anyways, sorry to ramble. Hope to chat with you all soon! :)

Hi and welcome!

I'm so sorry about your son. Nothing is worse then losing a baby or child.

Jaylib is a beautiful name. How did you come up with it?

Well, we had been thinking of names. Wanted the name to mean something, so we were looking at our fathers' names. My dad's name is Joseph Allen, and his dad's name is Anthony Lamar. Since both of our last names start with "B", we kinda combined the initials. We came up with Jalab. We didnt like the spelling because this one sounds like "juh-lob" lol, so we came up with Jaylib. His middle name is JaQai (pronounced juh-kye). Thomas came up with it, and it just kinda worked :)
