Are the pools heated...would it be 'warm enough' to do just a little swimming the first week of Nov, are the pools heated?

I really can't believe Disney does not have indoor pools.

Yes, the Disney pools are suppose to be heated.

We went to Disney in November in 2008, 2009 & 2010.

Since you have been several times in Nov...would you recomend light long sleeve shirts or short sleeve shirts in the park (if it doesn't have the oddball cold front) trying to pack. I am in South Ga and it always seems that the first week of Nov (my birthday) it get's real cold then within a week or two it's warm again.

What were the crowd levels like (I know this is free dining time so that will up it some)? I think we are going to go ahead and try and brave MK on Saturday because closing at 8:00 and no parade on Friday will not be that fun, Sunday I want to get in a little earlier so we are doing Studio's because we need to get on up and leave Monday morning.

Thanks for all the help and info

I packed short sleeved shirts + then packed everyone one light sweater just in case it was cool in the evenings.

I agree that it could be warm enough to swim, but no way to know. We went early Nov. 2008, which is the year Deb said was really warm. That's my only November experience. But we've gone Feb. several times and it's hit or miss for the weather. We generally have been in shorts during the day, maybe with a sweatshirt in the evenings (and even blankets one evening!). Hopefully it will be pleasant for you! At least it's farther south than you, so even if it's chilly in Georgia, it could be warm enough in Orlando.

Yup, the pools are heated! Nov should be about 70-80ish depending on fronts. I would plan for it, but wait and see when it gets closer!
