DH and I are taking DD, 5 and Ds 2 to Disney in July. My DD is so excited she can barely stand it and my Ds, well, he will just go with the flow and probably want understand alot of it but will probably LOVE the characters. Anyways, we are getting some Park Hopper passes so that we can visit Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and MGM. Im just concerned that doing all these in 2-3 days may be a bit much for the kids. So, Im bascially wanting to know which 2 of these parks will have more for my 5 year olds enjoyment b/c Im thinking of making those our 2 main "All Day" parks and maybe visit the other 2 in the evening for just a quick trip to look around a bit (To get out of the hotel and do something for the evening)just to say we did get to go while we were there.
What do you think??? Any ideas or anything we need to know to choose which parks we would be better off doing???
Hugs and TIA,

My daughter's been near both of your kids' ages. For the 2 main parks, I would personally choose MK and Epcot because they have the most for the little ones to enjoy.
However, since you are planning the other 2 parks as "evening" parks, that probably won't work well for AK. AK gets REALLY hot (even in the coldest months), so even though the park may be open a little later (I think they close at 7pm in July), it's much hotter than in the morning. Also, the animals tend to be more active in the mornings.
I was going to say that MGM has a few great shows for the little ones, BUT most of these shows shut down around 5ish or so, but looking at Steve Soares' site, all of the shows I was talking about (Playhouse Disney, Little Mermaid, Beauty & the Beast) do have later times, so that will work very well. Also the Muppets show is open from park open to park close.
Epcot is a good evening park, so you may want to consider one morning there and one evening there. Also, Wishes at MK is my very favorite (ever!) fireworks at Disney. Spectromagic night-time parade at MK is awesome, too. Epcot has Illuminations, which is great, but is loud, bright, & hot (the flames on the water really heat up the viewing areas around the lagoon), so just be careful with that.
