I'm starting to feel a little freaked out. I just keep wondering have I done everything, bought everything, planned everything, etc. etc.. This is my family's first *real* trip. I just hope it goes well. I'm sure it will, I'm just nervous, I guess. Is this normal??? Anyways, that's not even why I posted! I was wondering how many days we should plan at each park. We are going to be there for 11 days and we have the park hopper plus the extra parks (can't remember what it's called). I want to go to all the parks, except Pleasure Island (unless you can tell me a reason we should go with a 10, 7, and 1 yr. old). Is one day enough at the water parks? Is the World Wide of Sports worth the trip? My husband and son are sports fanatics. I don't have my itenerary with me right now but I split each day up so we could have a break in the middle. There are a couple of days I didn't but the plans are much more easy going on those days. I especially want to know how many days at MK and Epcot. You guys will probably hear from me a lot in the next couple of weeks as I get all this together. I'm so glad this board is here. I've been lurking and posting some since I started planning this trip in Jan. (well I've actually been planning this trip in my head forever, but you know what I mean!)

Hi
I can't tell you about the Wide World of Sports or waterparks (though spending more than a day at a water park to me would seem like a waste). But for MK and Epcot, I would say if you have the days plan on a day and a half or two days at each. Epcot is huge and your older kids will love the rides and may or may not love the lands, my kids did. Plus with the baby, you're not going to want to spend a 12 hour day there straight if the heat keeps up. So if you do a little on one day and a little on the next, you'll be better off. MK, I didn't love, but I think there's so much to do there with kids, you can easily spend more than a day. And if you can go back at night for Illuminations at Epcot and/or Wishes at MK, do it! It's so much fun.

We will be there at the same time. This will be my first trip there as a mom. My girls will be 18 mos & 6 mos when we are there. I LOVE MK, there are great rides, if you are into parades, and the fireworks show is a must. I too have never been to WWof Sprts or the water parks. Blizzard Beach looks like fun, but not for a one year old. Maybe dh & you split up and one of you takes the older kids to Blizzard and the other does what they want. Pleasure Island is a blast, but not w/ kids, so unless you are traveling w/ grandma or someone else to watch the kids that won't work for you. Since you have 11 days I will say do not try to do too much in a day. Are you staying on property? If so, I would go back to the room let the baby nap and go to the pool, maybe w/ you and dh taking turns. I would be happy to try & answer any other questions you may have.
