Another Magical Express Question

Just weighing my options here...

I'm looking into options for our January trip. Our ressies for Disney are Sunday - Saturday. I was considering staying at a cheaper hotel near the airport Saturday night. Would Magical Express take us to the airport on Saturday night if we didn't have a flight then? I was trying to get a late afternoon/evening flight on Saturday and it's not working out so far. It would be FAR cheaper to stay at a hotel then pay $200 per person extra to take the later flights.

Let me think. They ask you who you are flying and the numbers. I would say if you wanted to fly out Sunday and stay at the airport hotel for Saturday night, give them the flight number for a flight leaving late on Saturday, then they will drop you off at the airport and you can do what you want after.

If you are not booking through Disney for airfare & don't use their prefered carrier, you are responsible for your luggage check in at MCO when you leave. So your stuff would be with you when you get to the airport and you could just go to the hotel then.

Make sense? I could be totally wrong, but I think it would work.

I never thought of giving a bogus flight #! Makes perfect sense. Thanks.

You can check the Hilton that is inside the airport. Not sure what their rates are. We stayed there once, I think it was $179.00 don't know if that's in your budget or if it is worth it to you time wise.

There's no reason for a bogus flight number. All you need to do is call Magical Express, tell them when you need to be back at the airport and they will override the default from the computer.
