DH and I sat down and talked about it a little today, I caught him when he came home from his 3-day camping trip with DS6, and he was so tired, he was agreeable so I'd shut up!
We're looking at May 23-31, staying at Pop or ASMusic with the deluxe dining plan, but we'll have to see what happens. I ran the prices on Disney's site, and it's quite a bit more than our package last year, BUT, I don't have the extra $$ that we spent on food and snacks to consider. It is also within $5.00 a day of what I came up with if we didn't do any dining plan at all. It's hard to see it, because I budgeted that separately last year, but the whole thing comes out about the same, and since the deluxe plan is 3 meals a day, 2 snacks per day, and the refillable mugs, I don't have any extra food to budget for!
The boys want to do the Pirate Cruise again, but that's going to be the only extra this time.
Anyone else???

We like Pop, Alysha. We've stayed there twice, and it's on our list again. We're also thinking about ASMusic, we walked through it a couple times when we stayed at ASMo and it always looked less crowded and more quiet!
DH and I were at WDW the first week of Feb this year for our anniversary, and it was much cooler than I thought it would be! Nothing compared to the 4 degrees it was at home though!

We've used the dining plan twice, and it works really well for us. I think the deluxe plan will work better for us, but it depends on what you like. For some people, it would be too much food. The deluxe plan price for us is about the same that I would budget for food if we were paying cash, so you throw in the 2 snacks per person and refillable mugs and it's not a huge deal, but it works. It's just DH and I and our two boys, 6 and 4 years old right now, so they'll still pay the child's price. I don't think it would be worth it if we had to pay the adult price for them.
My boys did the Pirate Cruise from the Grand Floridian this year and they loved it! I think the ages are 4-10, and children must be potty trained. They suited them up with life jackets and pirate bandanas before they left the marina, then they went on a treasure hunt around Bay Lake. They had lunch (pb&j uncrustable, goldfish crackers, juice box and something else that I can't remember), and they came home with little treasure boxes filled with stuff kids love and parents don't (beads, plastic rings, etc). They talked about it all the way home to Ohio and for at least 2 weeks afterwards!
