Disney transportation with hopper?

Hi
We are planning on staying off site this September when we visit Disney. My question is can we still use disney transportation to go to the Disney hotels and other parks if we have a 4 day hopper pass?
Thanks.

Yes, you will be able to use Disney transportation to get around Disney property.
My question for you is how are you planning to get from the hotel to Disney? If you are relying on a shuttle, I strongly discourage it as there are so many factors that make it such a horrible situation. (Hotels sharing shuttles, first-come first-served, limited to/from times, having to know where to meet the shuttle, etc)
And if you are driving yourself to the parks, we personally prefer to NOT use Disney busses (that doesn't mean that everyone here shares that same opinion)...we do use the monorail between MK & Epcot every chance we get though. You only pay for parking once/day, so you can go to all 4 parks with the same parking ticket. During the busy hours and during the slowest hours, we've found that driving ourselves is almost always quicker than busses. Busy hours, you have to wait with lots of people..busses come quickly, but fill up quickly. Slowest hours, busses don't run regularly, so unless you get lucky and get there when a bus is there, you may have a long wait.

I am really going back and forth with my husband about our "transportation issues". He wants to rent a car and drive to the parks. We are staying on a condo property that just opened in August 2006 called the World quest Resort. It is 1 mile from the Magic Kingdom. They are working on having a shuttle to the parks by Spring Break time and for certain by the time we go in September. I would rather not get the car because we are only doing Disney parks. I don't mind shuttles and buses and other modes of transport, he wants the freedom of a car (for what I am not sure).
We would have stayed on Disney but failed to find anything within a reasonable price range for our family of 6 so we opted for the 3 bedroom condo.
It is great to know though that we can travel to other Disney resorts if we want to make reservations for meals and character breakfasts/lunches etc. once we figure out how we are even going to get to the Magic Kingdom in the first place!!
I feel so unorganized.
