Ok, this board has been so aggravating that I haven't been on here for several weeks.  It hit me last night that Meredith and I leave NEXT WEEK for WDW!  OMG!  I have been so non-chalant about this trip.  I still don't know exactly what we're going to do.  I have no itinerary!  So here's where I need some help.

We arrive Thursday afternoon around 4:00.  Will take ME to the Poly.  Thinking of going to Epcot to start our Food & Wine Festival tour.  After all, that's why we're going LOL!  On Friday, will head directly to Epcot.  We hope to see Buddy Valastro (Cake Boss) at a meet & greet; will check the night before on that, and check out the Festival Center as well.  Then not sure if we want to do MVMCP at MK that evening or stay in Epcot.  Kind of worried about crowds and people drinking.  On Saturday, will either do MK or DHS.  I think we'll go back to Epcot on Sunday and hit a few more booths before out flight at 7 pm.  The only problem I see is that we don't have park hoppers.  I need to see if we have any old tickets laying around; then we could use them to park hop instead of paying the outrageous price to PH for 1 day.  Then, I would probably add the no expiration to our tickets because I believe we have 6 days.

Any ideas?  I know for sure that we're skipping AK; I hate to do it, but I have to see the new Fantasyland stuff, and we just love DHS for the streetmosphere and TSMM :)

Sounds good.  I'd definitely avoid F&W on Saturday - I've heard there's too much drinking going on.  Friday night might get a bit hairy, too?

We tried to see the new Fantasyland stuff this past weekend, but it was all roped off - we couldn't see anything at all.   Maybe you'll have more luck?  (Although I know they'll have tours when you're there, and I'm pretty sure that's why it was roped off - for those Passholder preview tours.  So you might not see much, either.  I did read that at the beginning of special events or EMH was a good time to try, so keep that in mind!)  I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time!!!!

So excited for you!  I think a mother/daughter trip really sounds like fun.  We did see the Fantasyland stuff but first thing in the morning somethings weren't open yet although so I think later in the day will be a better plan, but like Hilarie said, they have those passholder previews too...  I hope you guys get in!!!!

We did F&W on a Tuesday night with some crowding and then were in WS briefly on a Thursday night and it was VERY crowded.  I might think about heading to MK for MVMCP rather than being in WS on a Friday night.  I didn't see anyone really acting rowdy.  A few things were people weren't 100% sober (screaming about a birthday and some intense 'romantic' moments, lol) but nothing that would make me feel unsafe in any way.

Also, if you don't have find tickets with PH's then I might just buy the party tickets and hop that night only...  whatever you decide you'll have fun!!!!  Can't wait to hear about it.

MVMCP sold out :(  So bummed about this.  That's what I get for being wishy washy.

Awww.  For what it is worth, having been to a sold out party before - they are extremely crowded.    So maybe it wouldn't have been fun.

Bummer - I saw that one sold out, and I wondered why, since it's so far before Christmas!
