I was digging on Disney's site & found out I can get times for parades & special events (I really wish they were more clear about that).

Where did you find specific days and times for attractions?

if you select calendar-it's up towards the top, on the right hand side when you first go to WDW's site it will default to the current month (Jan 2007) at the MK. You can select any month up to Jul 2007 at any park. When you get the park & month you want, click on the date in that calendar (the dates are underlined) and it will tell you if there are any special activities going on that day, what time the parades are, fireworks, etc.

It's apretty neat feature & I guess if I had thought about it, it made sense that you should click on it because it is underlined but I came across it accidentally. I'm not thrilled w/ Disney's site, TBH. When I tried to make reservations, it kept spitting hotels out at me that I could not take my family to. We have 5 and many of the resorts don't accomodate 5, so why on earth would they give me those to choose from??????

I'm thinking we will really like the cabins, so when we go back, I will just automatically request them.

OK-after your description, I'm thinking the kids would not be as interested in it as they would in the other shows. I don;t feel so bad missing it now. Since MGM closes @ 6 on that day, we'll just take advantage of the ing along & bonfire at Ft. Wilderness-I sure hope they are still planning on having that. I'll be a complete basket case it they do not, LOL.
