Flying instead of Driving! I'm a mess!

Well, we were planning on driving to our 7 day vacation in August. Kids will be 9, 6 and 5. It was going to be a long drive, and we had planned two and a half days of driving on either end. Well, last night I saw an ad for low airfare and after looking around, dh and I decided to buy airfare. All five of us are flying for less than $1000, and after adding up gas, tolls, hotel when needed, extra food, wear on the car, etc., we decided to go for it. Now, I feel like all my planning has to start over, and I was up half the night worrying. Some of my questions...
1) Now we won't have a car and will have to rely solely on resort transport. A bit of a bummer, but tons of people do this right? We just need to allow plenty of time and try to stay relaxed. We have 7 days, sit back and relax if the bus is running late, right? Just need a bit of support that a good vacation can be had without your own car.
2) We will now need to use the Magic Your Whatever transfer service from the airport. I had ignored all this up to now. We are on JetBlue so I need to see what that means. I need to call them and make a reservation, correct?
3) I'm a bit thrown that now I'll have to deal with not having luggage for the first few hours. We land at 12:50, are staying at ASMu Family Suites, and we have a 5:45 ADR at Ohana. I need to make sure we have appropriate dinner wear in our carry-ons correct? Do you think we'll have access to our room by 2 or 3pm?
4)I was planning on bringing with us plenty of food for our kitchenette so we could have nearly all breakfasts in our suite. I may ship a box with cereal, snacks, etc., buy milk at the resort (cha ching)... but how do we eat it? Are there bowls and spoons and cups in the family suite kitchenettes? Is there dish soap for washing out water bottles, etc? Or do I have to bring that too?
I'm sure I'll have more questions once this sinks in and I start a new round of lists. I'm just not thrilled that now I have to live out of a suitcase without the comfort of my car and all the space in it that could hold everything I was planning on bringing... beach towels for the pool, groceries, paperplates and cups, half my medicine cabinet, etc.
LOL!

Laura, we flew because my DH couldn;t take the 2.5 day ride in the car w/ the kids, LOL.
Oh - don't worry one bit! We never have a car at Disney, and I like that kind of freedom. It's kind of nice to not worry about that kind of thing for a week, let Disney take care of it. :) Yes, relax, give yourself time to get places....and remember that you don't have to park and walk so much. That takes time, too.
We stayed in a suite for our last trip. It was wonderful! Paper bowls, plates, cups, and utensils are provided. Also paper towels, which are fine as napkins in my book. There is a coffee maker with coffee and also tea bags. I prefer to bring a suitcase full of food vs. shipping a box to myself because I like to have that extra space for our purchases on the way home. Either way you do it is fine. Maybe you just need to plan one more small suitcase for beach towels and food. We didn't find the milk too terribly expensive at the ASMu food court. We know the Disney prices though and are probably desensitized to it all.
I cannot remember if there was dish soap....but I'm thinking not. I remember packing some of those dish cloths with soap that activates when you get them wet. They are cool!
We had troubles with ME the first year but loved it this last time. No problems at all. I am not sure if Jetblue is on the list of airlines that works with ME (meaning...whether or not you have to check your bags on the way home or if Disney will do it for you), but you can find out when you call. Yes, you do need to call and make ME reservations. It's not hard at all.
Don't worry....this is exciting! Sometimes the good airfare deals are just too good to pass up.
