Getting excited about April! LOL
| Sun, 09-17-2006 - 12:25am |
We're actually less than 2 months away from our Nov trip and yes, we're excited about that! But I'd been having problems thinking of an itinerary for our April Easter trip.

OMGoodness Val, I can relate! I'm back into planning for our May 07 trip, and I just can't get it worked out the way I want it!
Enjoy your planning, and let us know how it's going!!!!
~Steph
I can totally relate, but I think Kait can relate better! She keeps coming up to me "Hey mom what do you think about doing ...... while we're at Disney this time?" "Can we try a water park?" "How about if we eat ?" "Oh and don't forget we love ......"
We've been talking quite a bit about our upcoming May trip....it's SO far away! LOL
We've decided to do Saturday - Saturday instead of Saturday-Sunday....knock off a day, save a little $$, and get back for the kids to relax a bit before going back to school. Our kids think we're going in June, but we're planning for May (it's my mom's 60th b-day and my youngest DS's 8th b-day)).
I haven't booked anything yet though...still waiting to see if any package deals come out around October-ish. We got a good Disney Visa deal for May 04 that came out in the fall, so I'm hoping to get lucky again.
Good luck deciding on your b-day dinner! We've all celebrated a b-day in Disney now, except for my DS 7 and my mom....they will both have b-days on our next trip!

Hey Val... i know what you mean! We leave in a little over 2 weeks for our long-weekend trip, then i have our Christmas trip which i just have to make a couple more adr's for... and i'm thinking about our Easter trip too! I don't know where we'll be staying or anything... decisions, decisions!
But it is SO nice knowing you're coming back! Your plans sound wonderful... doing a few things out of the parks. We haven't tried a water park yet... maybe next year. OH, and your birthday dinner! I'd say go for family fun... you can always go to a 'nice' restaurant at home, but you can't see Mickey at home and get bday confetti on your table and maybe a card signed by the characters! Make sure you tell them (or have Alan call for this one) and tell them it's your bday. And make sure Alan reminds them at the podium too! Of course while you're acting like you know nothing about this surprise birthday dinner! LOL!
Have tons of fun planning!! Are you getting ap's for that trip, or when you go in November? Just remember how evil those little pieces of paper can be - always trying to call you back!!
have fun planning! Liz :)
Glad to see I'm in good company (as I knew I would be here on this board!)!
Liz, we have APs right now that will expire in March.

hey val,
oh yes, the disney rewards points... i KNEW there was a reason i put so much on my disney visa card! LOL! Now i just have to remember to take my card w/ me to disney this time!
just wanted to mention about the BBB... if you were thinking of doing the whole package, some girls wear their own princess costumes there and just get hair and makeup and nails, so if the girls already have a costume, or maybe for halloween or even as a christmas gift to them, just to kind of spread out the cost.
and a question... does JB fly out of newark non-stop? is JB nice and you like it the same as continental? I'm already booked on continental for this coming trip and xmas trip, but not booked for easter yet. should i get on that or do i have time? i'm very new to the airfare thing. any tips??
that's so great your sis & bil are into the planning!! it makes it SO much more fun, doesn't it???
Liz :)
Hey Liz - thanks about the BBB tips! :)
