Yay! Welcome back. So glad that you get to go and have fun again! I would LOVE to be able to go for 10 days, but I think my DH would fall over dead if I even mentioned it! The longest we've been is 7 days, but since we live in Orlando and now have APs, I can get my Disney fix without killing him in the process, lol.

Are you going this August (2011)? If so, I think your ticker is off by a bit...

Thanks!

Using DIsney Math, Disney gets cheaper the longer you stay LOL!

My top ticker is old - that is showing how long its been since we last went. The bottom one is correct!

Welcome back, Elena! Ooh, a nice long trip - they are the best!! We used to go for those long weekend type trips - you know, add a day or two after a holiday weekend. That was back when it was no big deal for the girls to miss a few days of school. Fun to go different times of the year but I always felt like we were racing the clock. Going at Easter we're typically there for about 9 full days and there's such a difference in our tour mode - yes, we still do the early EMHs (and that means we're up super early for the MK and AK during Easter week!) but then we take it easy. Spend more time at the resort, the pool, hanging out. Wonderful to explore all that WDW has to offer, including what's outside of its 4 parks.

Congrats on the ADRs. Love to hear where you're planning on eating! :)

Hey Elena, what happened to this board? I last (Really) posted here back in 2009 when we did our first trip to WDW; and this board moved crazy fast. I posted here sometime last week, and my post is stil in the top 10!

Your plans sounds wonderful. Although I got tired just reading them! I know I always want to go-go-go when I'm there, too. :)

I hope you have low crowds like we did when we were there on 9/1 of this year! It was awesome!!!

we take a 4-5 hour break just about every day, sleep in on occasion and rarely have a late night.

Wonderful - so much fun! And a great plan!

We do much of the same - early mornings, last as long as we can in the park, rest back at the resort, come out for dinner and possibly whatever nighttime entertainment but hardly ever a real late night. We have been slowing the pace as the week wears on, though - after we hit all 4 parks for EMH, we have some late mornings or breakfasts planned, so we're not totally exhausted. But the biggest issue I've found is that the older the kids get, the more attractions we want to squeeze in - we don't tend to drop any off the "to do" list LOL So I definitely can appreciate your wanting to visit the same park so early for attractions that are super popular - sometimes it's the only way :)
