Sounds like you've been busy already! We've never gone offsite while at WDW, so I don't know about anything around Orlando.

We usually split our days into half days with a break right after lunch until around 4 or so. Sometimes we park hop, sometimes we don't. Altogether we have at least 2 days for MK, 2 for Epcot, 1 for AK and 1 for MGM. If we have time, we like to go back to MK and Epcot; once we did an extra half day at MGM. It just depends on what you want to see and do. Just remember there's no way possible to see and do everything in one trip, and leave what you don't get to do for later. I would do Fantasyland first thing on your MK day, the lines get long mid-morning.

Check out allearsnet.com if you haven't already, there is a ton of information there on everything. As far as guidebooks, the opinions vary. I like the Unofficial Guide, some people think it has a bit of a negative tone, but I didn't think so. They just don't paint a picture that everything is perfect. The Birnbaum Official Guide to WDW looks good, there are a lot of color pictures that will get you in the WDW mood. I haven't read that one, just saw it at Borders. The Passporter is highly recommended on this board, it has places to make notes and things like that. I didn't like Fodor's at all, and I don't remember any others. I went to the library and borrowed all the WDW books they had and bought the UG because I liked it the best.

We really enjoy Donald's Breakfast at AK, we've had two really good meals there. Whispering Canyon is on my must-try list for our trip coming up and I've heard good things about LeCellier as well.

That's about all I can think of for now, if you have more questions, ask away!!!

Teppaniyaki at Epcot is great. So is Nine Dragon at Epcot. Crystal Palace breakfast character meal is good too.

We enjoyed the space center on our last visit to Orlando (didn't do Disney that time.) Sea World is great too.

If this is your first WDW trip, I wouldn't advise doing anything non-Disney. You can't see all that you want to in 6 days, anyway. Also, if you find that you want to try something else, you can always buy Sea World tickets while you are there. I really don't think you'll want to, though.

We have been to Sea World twice, but we have also been to WDW 6 of the last 7 years, so I felt like we could try something else. My kids were almost 7 and almost 5 when we went last year, and they liked it a lot. We didn't do it this year, and I'm glad because I felt like we didn't have enough time to do the Disney stuff that we wanted to do as it was.

I like your choices of ADRs. I don't like to have ADRs for every day because I don't want to eat on a schedule every day. It's wonderful to be able to get into a restaurant that you want (with ADRs), but I hate to have to stop whatever we're doing, head to the restaurant, eat, then go back to the attractions. I like a few days to play by ear, even if it means we have to eat counter service.

HTH!

That's pretty much what I was thinking about the ADR's.
