January/Feruary waterpark weather or not

I am still thinking about a WDW trip in Jan or Feb next year for DH's 50th, I was looking at the site yesterday and costing out resorts, tickets etc and I couldn't make up my mind about adding the waterpark option.
We are definitely a fan of waterparks, my DD would be extremely disappointed if we went all the way to WDW and didn't go at least once, but I am wondering if it's really warm enough to bother with at that time of year? - she can always content herself with swimming in the pool, as long as I choose a resort with a decent slide lol!
Anyone been there at that time? what do you think?
Carole

We have been in Jan. and Feb.
Thanks M'shel. Yes we've been to WDW before, this will be our third trip (if we go) we went in September of 2004 and again October of 2005. Both times the weather was warm (Hotter last October than in the previous Sept - but that was mid hurricanes)
Typhoon Lagoon is DD's hands down fave - she just loves the huge surfing waves but she likes Blizzard Beach too.
However from your description it seems like a whole day at a waterpark would be a chilly option (appropriate for Blizzard Beach lol)but swimming in the pool will be doable - especially if there is a hot tub nearby!!

LOL!
LOL! not being a "real" Canadian (I am really a Brit!) I won't go in unless the water is warm (Or at least the day is scorching!) either; my DD however is a different kettle of fish altogether - she simply doesn't seem to notice if the water is cold or not - in she goes regardless!!
I definitely see her as being one of these crazy people that do Polar Bear swims in icy water for New Years Day LOL!
