I believe that there are ATM machines in the parks. Be prepared for hefty fees though. I remember a few years ago, paying a $2 fee to get money out.
The air conditioned buildings/rides, etc. can be cool. If you tend to run on the cold side, you might want to bring along a hoodie or something and tie it on your waist or stuff it in a backpack.
There is always a chance that it will rain in the afternoon in FL. Especially if it's hot! When it does rain, every gift shop, kiosk and cart sells ponchos. We bought them one year, and we tried to take good care of them so they lasted our whole trip. Bring along a ziploc bag with you to store them in. If you get a chance to run to a dollar store before you go, they have the really cheap ponchos in 2-packs too. It would be a good thing to put in the backpack, just in case!!
