We bought 10 day passes with water park and more with no expiration; we have used some of the days and we had some remaining. It appears that we have lost 2 of our 4 tickets!!! Is there anyway to get them replaced? I'm almost positive that we bought them at Disney. Also, is there anyway of finding out what is remaining on our tickets before we go?

If you bought them altogether, they will likely be able to help you out and get you some re-printed passes with whatever you had left on them.

ALWAYS make a copy of the back of your tickets (I do front and back, but our tickets were printed at the resort, so there's some info on the front, too) and keep that copy with you separate from your tickets so you have easy access to your ticket info.

As far as calling ahead to find out, that's "iffy"..sometimes they'll tell you over the phone, but usually they won't--they're trying to avoid someone selling their tickets as it is illegal to transfer them to others.

If you know the date you purchased them and know how they were purchased (credit card, cash), it's possible they can do a history search on them.
