Luggage Transfer

I have more questions for this trip than I have for any of the previous! Anyway, has anyone used luggage transfer between resorts? We switched resorts three times our last trip, but we had a car. We won't have a car this time. I am not concerned about it but I was wondering if anyone had used luggage transfer between resorts? Dh will not use his last night that is paid for by the company because he will be joining me...........Basically he needs to have it moved from point A to point B. Should I forget it and just have him hire a taxi? Thanks for your help! You ladies are the best!

If Point A & B are both Disney resorts they will transfer it for him. I've never read of anyone having any problems with it, but I'd probably just pack dh a change of clothes in your luggage for a bit of extra insurance. It sounds like it works much like ME luggage delivery.

i had my luggage transfered from ASM to Contemp. no problems. you just bring it to bell services, put a tag on it and it will be delivered to the next destination.

We moved to ASMo to Contemporary. Just bring to bell services and it will be moved. We did it first thing in the am and then hit the parks all day and came back and our luggage was there (around 4) but our room wasn't ready yet. BUT...the bell staff was so nice at the C. 3 out of the 5 of us were soaked from Kali River Rapids and a 1/2 hour down pour. The let us come in back, get dry clothes from our luggage and then they took our wet stuff and put it with our bags. They were the best.

Sorry for the tangent. I wouldn't have any worries.

Thank you all for your help! Dh will keep one piece of luggage back for himself. The banquet on Thursday requires formal attire. So, he will have what he had on that day inside his garment bag. He is staying at Coronado Springs. I am curious to see how his experience is there. :) Hopefully he will leave luggage with bell services that morning and it will be waiting for us at "our" resort. :) Can you believe I am nervous and excited all at once?

I understand that nervous and yet excited feeling! You will have such a great time! My trip is a little over 3 months away and I feel like it is tomorrow, lol.

There is the mommy guilt as well. The children don't know we are going there. :) It should be interesting. LOL I don't keep secrets very well. Heck they are ready for our family trip and it isn't for a long while!
