need ideas for how to handle last day

Hi all, once again trying to decide how to make the most of our trip...now I'm obsessing about those last hours before we board the ME bus back to the airport. By then we'll have done our six park days (2MK, 2Epcot, 1MGM, 1AK), our DTD and Blizzard Beach, and the Boardwalk...
I've only planned for sleeping in (we will have been at IllumiNataions the night before), some swimming (for my son's sake - a last taste) and breakfast at the food court, and checking out...BUT we do not need to get on that dreaded return ME bus until 3:30. So that leaves us with maybe 4 hours to do...what???
DTD again? (If DS and DH end up spending time at DQ while I shop on our "off park" day, this will give us a chance to see the stores together and at a more leisurely pace...)
Return to a favorite park for repeat rides? (It doesn't seem like enough time...and also would it be a downer to leave after another 'tease' just because it's time to go catch our plane!)
We're not "food" people so the treck (no car, only Disney buses) to another resort for a character meal (such as Chef Mickey) or such, while it may be the ideal ending for others, would not be worth the time and espense for us...
Another idea would be hitting one of the daytime parades...but they're too late. If we DO choose a park for maybe just one or two more attractions...which would you all recommend? I guess my question boils down to...what's spectacular enough to serve as our last Disney memory as close as possible to that 3:30 ME bus deadline (as opposed to ending with IllumiNations and let that "gulp-we're leaving" feeling take over that last day?
TIA!

That's a toughie, with 4 hours to spend, but I agree that it would be a shame to waste that lovely Disney time.
I think I would either pick one park and have each of you choose a ride you want to do and focus on that, or go to DTD and do something fun and/or silly: face painting, ride the tiny train or carousel, got to World of Toys (or whatever it's called)and choose a last minute souvenir.
Or possibly got to another resort and check it out, ride the monorail to the Grand Floridian maybe or the Polynesian, have a snack or a treat of some kind there - dream about next time........

I will second the idea of visiting another resort or two that might interest you. We love doing this. I don't know where you're staying.....but we like visiting all of the resorts on the monorail line, looking in the shops or checking out the playgrounds.
On our last day this past trip, we took some more time at Epcot, wandering through the World Showcase. Our flight didn't depart until about 9 pm though.
