Sorry I have 2.
My camera
I can't really think of anything else, other than the obvious clothes, extra shoes, etc. that is a must have for us.
Hope this helps!

OK, I'm going to put camera & memory cards/charger (mine has a lithium battery) in your list of obvious with water/sunscreen/snacks.
A seriously big thing not to forget are your TICKETS! I have done this, not my disney tickets but I have gotten all the way to the circus w/o tickets, forgotten tickets to something else and then accidently mailed my train tickets on the way to the train.

Wipes! I buy the single pack ones in a box (Wet Ones Anti-bac) from Wal-mart in the HBA section. Good for cleaning before & after eating.

No way I can pick just one!
Hand sanitizer - we like the foaming one from Bath and Body works. The first 2 years we took our kids to Disney, we all came home with terrible tummy bugs. We are really good now about sanitizing now and then between rides. It's helped SO much.....no illness after Disney since we started!
Cheapie disposable rain ponchos - the Coleman ones from Wal-Mart or Target. We've never totally escaped the rain for any of our trips, and it's nice to have the ponchos in my bag vs. getting soaked or buying them at the parks.
Teeny medical kit - with Advil, eye drops, bandaids, safety pins, etc.
My kids' photo ID cards - just in case.

First of all, a lanyard is a sort of necklace that you wear around your neck. You attach your pins that you trade onto it. Ds has a Buzz one, and dd has a princess one. They're made out of the same material as shoelace, just a lot wider.
Alysha took my answer which was wipes or hand sanitizer. Since I have dry eyes, I have to take eye drops. I also take Blistex because our lips seem to dry out. A lot of times we will take a beach towel, either to dry off from the rain, or from splashing in the fountains. When it's hot, we take the mister fan, a favorite with the kids.
BTW, I think we're going to be there around the same time. We get there on April 29th and leave May 6th. Are y'all getting there when we're leaving?
