I know there will be someone taking photos all over the parks... But, what about purchasing the photos? Where? How much?

A 5x7 is 12.95 if I remember correctly; that's also the price if you order it online after you get home. There is a place at all 4 parks to buy them, it's usually near the front of the park; I don't remember the exact name of the place really. At MK, it's that building where Tony's Town Square is, at Epcot, I think it's the Camera center or something, right across from Spaceship Earth, at MGM it on the left as your leaving the park, before you get to Oscar's, and AK, I don't know. You can also order them after you get home.
Hope this helps!
We bought the disk with all the pics for 90 bucks. We only had about 60 on there but I know other families that had about 300 (stayed for a couple weeks.) It was certainly worth it in my book. We just don't have family pictures on vacations (and few anywhere else honestly) unless I trap some poor soul that doesn't know how to use my camera into doing it lol. Plus, this was a once in a decade trip for us.
My bit of advice is to be silly and fun. You don't want 50 of the same picture and they will want to set you up the same way each time. You can ask them to take a particular picture. Get creative. Take some with one child and then another someplace else with another. Take some with just your partner. Take at least one with a character. You can ask for a close-up as opposed to just the family in front of some scenic item. If you go to the car ride in epcot, you can actually get the ride picture on your disk (though we didn't find any other ride pictures to do this on.) I wish we'd done more of this as they ended up out favorite and most natural shots. We still ended up with lots of shots of us standing by a Christmas tree... again, good pics but pretty much the same.
You can also ask them to take a shot on your own camera. We did that a couple times just in case we didn't like enough for the disk (though they actually offered those times.)
