Really screwed up with ADR's!

ok, I really need some help here. Being a first time Disney Vacationer I got caught up in all the excitement and felt the pressure to book my ADR's asap, so I did. Here is the problem.
Sept. 24, dd 5th b'day.
8:50 am Princess storybook breakfast. (EPCOT)
Sometime (have yet to make reservation) BBB for daughter's hair and make-up (DTD)
5:50 1900 Park Fare (GF)
Am I crazy???? I really didn't think about where all of these were located and now I am realizing what a heavy travelling day this would be. So here is my question. You all know Disney much better than I do. My family is very easy going, my ds loves busses/boats etc so travelling isn't really a big deal but is this itinerary possible? How long would it take to get to each? If I were to change something, what would it be? I do want to try possibly getting a later 1900 Park fare res, i think that may help. I do know that I want my 2 dd's to visit BBB prior to 1900 park fare. Any insight would be great, thanks again!

It is doable as long as you don't mind any down time on this day. Are you sure you want to go, go, go? If yes, then I would try to get a later ADR for dinner. Then, make an appt. for BBB based on that. I would allow an hour to get from DtD to GF. This is taking into consideration walking to your car/bus, drive time, and then parking at GF (if you are driving). Then you will have to walk through the beautiful resort to find the restaurant. You're supposed to arrive before your ADRs, so this way you won't feel rushed. Plus, all of the people at GF can ooh and ahh over your dd's!
If you go this route, I would definitely plan on the next day being more relaxed. I wouldn't rush to get up early or anything. I think you will need the down time after the whirlwind!

I agree it is doable and you wil get to see a lot of WDW as you run around lol!
I would definitely get a later ADR at 1900 Park Faire, and I think I would book BB for early afternoon, that way you will be able to spend most of the morning at Epcot after your Princess breakfast, have some time to look around in DTD and then enjoy showing off your beautiful girls at the GF.
Allow around an hour travel time between venues, it may not take you that long but if you have that time allocated you won't have to feel too stressed, you all want to enjoy this special day (belive me I know stressed and rushed! for instance on our first trip to WDW I booked 1900 Park Faire for my DD's first meal with Cinderella; I only realised when we were at MK about 1 1/2 hrs before our ADR that a) I had left all our fancy dressup clothes in the car that was Waaaay back in the parking lot and b) 1900 Park Faire was NOT the address of Cinderella's Castle at MK but a restaurant at the GF!! - you should have seen me fly lol!!)
Have fun

I have 5:40 ADRs for Park Fare and was advised that my 3:10 BBB might make us feel a bit rushed, and we just booked the castle package (Hair and make up), but that is was doable.
I think that you can still get a few hours in at EPCOT before heading over to DTD, then you can either plan a snack to "relax" and shop a bit before your BBB experience, you should be fine!! After Pare Fare, you can then either call it a night, or if your DD got a nap in on the way inbetween, you can hop the monorail to MK, or back to EPCOT!!
You know your family best!!

Here is what *I* would do, and I don't remember how long you're staying, so this may be to relaxed for you. But you're not going back to your resort until after dinner so pack your backpack light but well.
Wake up and get ready for PSB, have breakfast, wander your way out of Epcot, enjoying the fountian, maybe ducking into Club Cool for some pictures of family trying Beverly. It will be around 10-1030 when you get out of breakfast. Take the bus to Down Town Disney. Plan on getting to Down Town Disney by lunch. Have lunch (light lunch/heavy snack perhaps around 2) at Down Town Disney, do the Boutique, maybe shop a little, let the kids ride the train and the carousel and no later than 5pm be at the nearest bus stop waiting for the bus to the Grand Floridian. You'll make it in time for dinner and perhaps a little looking around the Grand, mostly the 'wow' atrium and lobby, but if you get there and a bus pulls right up you can probably take in the gift shop too. After dinner you can explore the resort for a while if you want. Then hop the monorail to the MK (very next stop 5 min) and from there a bus to your resort.
This board is great, tks so much for your help! I managed to push back Park Faire to 7:20 and reverved BBB for 4:10 so i feel much more relaxed about that days travells.Thankfully the next day all we have planned is Garden Grille for 11:20. Just plan on winging it after that! (Hoping we can convince the kids into a resort day, we'll see!)
