Hi ladies,
Here it is, after soooo much planning, what I *think* is my final version! You all have been so helpful with this over the past few months, and it's getting so close, thought I'd share! :) Feel free to comment, you are the experts!
Day 1 Tue Aug 7th arrive at MCO, ME to ASMu around noon, then (A) stay in resort and rest for the remainder of the afternoon and evening or (B) rest only briefly and then head to AK for just a few hours (our goal: to see one of the two 'big' shows, FOTLK, or Nemo, so as to eliminate from our "real AK day" plans. Either way, in bed by 9!
Day 2 Wed Aug 8th MK day 1 of 2, starting with CP for breakfast, with a nap/swim rest in the middle, back for Spectro & Wishes (yeah, long day!)
Day 3 Thu Aug 9th MGM day with no break mid-day BUT coming back to hotel in early evening for swim & early bed, not staying for Fantasmic (ADR is for 50sPT for lunch)
Day 4 Fri Aug 10th Epcot day 1 of 2 1/2, will probably take break mid-day here, or at least take it reeeally easy in World Showcase in the afternoon. Not sure whether or not we'll stay for IllumiNations on this day, or if we might skip out to the Boardwalk for just part of the evening.
Day 5 Sat Aug 11th This is our second MK day, again may or may not do mid-day break but leaving for sure by 7pm and not staying for P&PP. Also, this is a TL EMH evening so we MAY attempt that (and in that case definitely nap in between!)!
Day 6 Sun Aug 12th DH's bday. Sleeping in and "easy" Epcot day (ADRs at Coral Reef for an early lunch, and Rose & Crown for dinner, hopefully with view of IllumiNations). DS to Sandcastle Kids club at Beach Resort for a few hours during our dinner for two.
Day 7 Mon Aug 13th DTD/DQ, then our afternoon is 'free' with several options depending on what we didn't do of our previous options (AK from Day 1, water park from Day 5, etc) or just resting. I like having the flexibility! Alternatively we may go to a water park in the morning and leave the afternoon for DQ/DTD instead...will play this by ear.
Day 8 Aug 14th AK day, with Breakfastsaurus and very probably a mid-day break.
Day 9 Aug 15th 2nd Epcot full day with midday break and definitely staying for IllumiNations - our last evening in the world!
Day 10 Aug 16th Free morning to repeat any park we decide (predicting MK but who knows?) or if chosen just the pool at the hotel, then ME at 3pm and back to reality!
I'm SO excited this trip is practically around the corner, as many of you know it's our never-again chance to be with DS9 (former foster son whom we were about to adopt and is now back in bio mom's custody), so bittersweet.
Thanks for letting me share.

Okay..I have my schedule
All that week... m-th I work out at the hub carts (carts on both sides of the Sorcerer's hat). I go in at 2:30 and close (usually 9:30 or 10).
Just stop by one and see if it's me, if not, I will be at the other one. I usually get a break about 2.5 hours after my start time and get 30min for break.
Can't wait to meet you. I will be the one in blue shirt/black shorts and white baseball cap!
See you on the 9th!!!!
I'm
a Gryffindor!
My name tag definately says Lisa..LOL. I don't get to be anyone else. I know sometimes if you forget your nametag, they just give you one to wear.
I get to have water with me out there, and we have a fan on the cart. And yes, we sell hats, pins, sunglasses, and other stuff like that. Also I get to keep the ice cart by me, so I can fill my water bottle up with ice (or any guest that asks me for ice too..LOL).
I will be there, barring rain of course.
Best spot for the parade is by the left cart (left side of hat as you look at it)...Then you are all set for the High School Musical Pep Rally after the parade..LOL
See you then
I'm

Would you believe we haven't watched HSM yet? Not sure if DS will be into it or not! Maybe I'll rent it this week to watch right before we leave (if we have the time! Highly doubtful though!)
I'm glad to hear you have a fan and all that...but what happened to being inside the AC at Mickey's of Hollywood? Or are the carts something all new employees have to go through first as an initiation of sorts ;) Hope it's still your dream job though! And I suspect my 'cool factor in my son's eyes will go up a few notches just because I "know" a Cast Member ;)
Your itinerary looks great to me - of course - this being our first trip - everything looks great!!
