I'm no help with the height restriction as I don't have kids so I didn't pay attention when I was there a few weeks ago. I can however say that it was a WONDERFUL ride and I can't wait to go on it again. It was beautiful and it felt like I was flying. I think you would like it a lot.

I thought Soarin' was great, and our kids loved it too (ages 7 and 9).

I checked my park map, and the height requirement is 40 inches.

We were there this past Aug. and Soarin' was one of our favorite rides! I don't think it would be too much for a 4yr. old but you would know your child best.

My cautious DS then 10 who hates heights and didn't get on anything my daredevil did LOVED Soarin'. It's awesome.

If you prepare her I bet you will love it. My then 4 year old was too short to go on it but I think she would have liked it.
