I don't have any specifics since I only have a girl lol! But I know that others here have mentioned things like the pirate cruise and the rumours of a Toy Story Character breakfast.
He'd also probably enjoy the Breakfastasaurus with Donald and Co and Chef Mickeys if you're looking for Character meals with a less princessy theme.

I didn't notice it being mentioned, but they also have a breakfast at the Polynesian.
Really? I love Lilo and Stitch and couldn't understand why they didn't have them at the Poly, I am glad to hear they now do. Maybe we will check out breakfast there next time we go.

This isn't necessarily for "boys only" but we went on the Family Magic Tour last May and had a blast! It's $25 per person but it's a 2 hour guided tour/treasure hunt which usually ends with a private Meet and Greet with a character or two.

I just read about an "Adventurer's Room" at the World of Disney Store at Downtown disney where boys can make their own pirate hats, skulls, try on boy costumes, etc. They also have a new Princess Room where they make up the girls to look like a princess w/ makeup, hair styling and a manicure. I think it said April 1st it will open????

a couple other thoughts... i just found out that at Ft. Wilderness Campground you can rent fishing poles and bait at the marina and fish off the pier. We were wanting to fish w/ our kids on our other trips but i didn't want to rent a boat and do a "fishing excursion". You can go over to Ft. Wilderness by boat from MK (there's also another boat that runs between the Contemporary/Wilderness Lodge/Ft. Wilderness Campground). They also have a petting zoo, pony rides & playgrounds, canoe rentals, etc. That might be a perfect few hours for your little man! And if he enjoys sports or fast cars - there's the Richard Petty Racetrack - i think anyone can go to just watch the cars zoom around the track. And the Sports place at disney (Wide World of Sports???)... i think there's always something going on there - minor league, maybe local teams... i'm not sure but i'd look into it if he likes any sports. At MGM, the new Cars/something stunt show (sorry i don't remember the name) is perfect for boys. My dd was bored out of her mind (and i was too after a while), but my dh and my ds (who was only 3¾yo at the time) LOVED it. I know my ds would really love it now (he's 4½yo).
hth! Liz :)
Thanks a lot guys!
I am not sure when you are going but I wanted to add my 2 cents.
