Tentative MK Day 1 Plan - WDYT?

Give me your opinions and feedback, please. Here's what I've come up with for Christmas Week (12/23), me using a scooter, dh refusing to but with his bad hip and potential for sudden pain (i.e., slow walkers). The kids are all old enough to go off on their own so they can zip around on young legs and do all the *other* rides dh & I don't want to (they're 15yo, 20yo, & 21yo and we all have cell phones). My thinking is that this allows dh & I to see what WE are most interested in and the kids can join us for any of the same attractions that they like too. Also, this day, the MK has EMH in both the morning & evening, so I'm purposely limiting our goals due to even more crowds.
1, Adventureland: Pirates of the Caribbean ride, The Enchanted Tiki Room (two things dh & I remember from our honeymoon; Pirates of the Caribbean was closed back then, and the Tiki Room was under their "old" management lol)
2, Frontierland: Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain
3, Fantasyland: It's a Small World (was also closed on our honeymoon), Mickey's PhilharMagic
4, Tomorrowland: Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Space Mountain, Laugh Floor Comedy Club
5, We have advance reservations at 4 p.m. & 4:10 p.m. for me & my girls at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and 5:30 dinner ADR for Cinderella's Royal Table. And if there's time, I'd like to do the WDW Railroad.
6, Cinderella's Golden Carousel, Wishes & Spectro-Magic, shopping on Main Street
I'm not sure exactly how fast we'll be moving through the parks so I don't know what to do re. lunch; can't we just get counter dining without a reservation? Or is it really necessary to have an ADR for lunch as well? Or maybe we can just bring in sandwiches & bottled drinks?

Well I'm planning Adventureland first thing, and Dole Whip as a morning snack? Hmm, Dole produces fruit, fruit is a healthy breakfast food, therefore, a Dole Whip sounds perfect.
(Do y'all like my logic LOL? I borrowed it from dh15's "chocolate is healthy" theory: chocolate comes from a bean, beans are healthy, therefore chocolate=healthy! It accompanies the "cake crumbs don't have calories on holidays" theory LOL. Feel free to adopt it for yourselves LOL.)
OTOH, my adult tummy doesn't do pastries late at night :(. Not to say I don't love them, but if I want to sleep through the night without heartburn, any fats after 8 p.m. are off-limits.
In peace,
Max
Oh, Ruth, thank you for pointing that out to me! I have read all that, I just didn't put 2+2 together very well LOL. I am SO GLAD to have this information beforehand so I can alter my plan for that. I would be very annoyed to find this out at the last minute at the park LOL.
I can walk onto the ride without a wheelchair though. But thank you so so much for the heads up re. leaving it and having to go all the way back to my starting point.
In peace,
Max
