I still can't believe we're doing this... I feel GUILTY! LOL. But DH and I are heading to our time share which we've had for 5 years but never used, for a long weekend (Fri-Mon) in less than two weeks. It's for our ten year anniversary. We're going to scope out the timeshare and plan our next trip with the kids. We just didn't want to be struggling with a busy 18 month old KWIM???? What are the must sees/do's without kids??? We're definately planning on hitting Epcot's food and wine festival- I can't wait! Downtown disney shopping, maybe a comedey club or nice quiet dinners. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH We haven't done anything but princesses the last time that we were there last October. Any thoughts?

If I were going w/o Kids, definately would hit some of the clubs, I'd do all the "big" rides that the little ones don't and we usually forgo.

How about a nice dinner at a more upscale restaurant?

I don't have alot of advice, but from someone who has gone with just DH for the last 7 years (at least once a year!) I am looking forward to our first trip with Amelia.

Thanks guys. Maybe less is more. I think we're going to go with no plans and just be spontaneous, something we can't do with them! I'll let you know what we end up doing. Who knows, maybe it'll be mostly hanging out at the pool.

I say eat, drink and be merry!!

We usually take my mother with us when we go to WDW, so DH and I can sneak away for a nice dinner. We LOVED California Grill - it was pricey, but the view was fantastic and the service was relaxed (we told our server we weren't in a hurry) it was so nice not to rush to order and then keep an eye on your watch wondering how much "restaurant behavior" your kids have left in them before the dinner arrives!

Definitely hit Epcot one night....a beer in Ireland...cafe latte in Italy...

I'm starting to get jealous, but I just remembered - I'm planning a weekend trip with my sister in January - I get to do grown-up things too (although California Grill may be just a little too romantic for us ;-)

Have Fun!!!
