Hey,

My family and I are visiting WDW on September for the day. We live in tampa and always go in May, and on a weekday to avoid crowds. We decided to try it September 30th, which is a Saturday because family will be here, Anyone know if it will be busy?? I know most will not travel becasue of school, but it is the weekend.

I would appreciate any feedback.
Thanks,
Becky

We've been in September/October twice and didn't find the crowds to be bad at all - of course the first time was in 2005 mid - hurricanes so the parks were really quite empty lol!

Last year we were there the last week in SEptember/first week of Oct and it was busier than the previous yaer but we still didn't have long lines for most of the popular rides ( 10 - 15 minutes approx)

I'd think a Saturday would be busier than a weekday but it should be bearable. If you are planning to eat a sit down or character meal though I would definitely book ahead, that is during the Free Dining Plan time and the restauarnts will be crowded.

You might find slightly inflated crowds this year on Sept 30. It's the last day to check in to a WDW resort and get the free dining promotion that was offered over the summer.
