Water parks for chickens?

I was able to get the free upgrade to waterpark tickets. Yay for me, I got a discount! We had planned on going to one water park anyway, because we've never gone to one. I'm not sure if it's worth the trip though. DS6 can swim but not really well, and DS3 can't swim at all but he's not afraid of the water. They're both terrified of the tame water slide at the pool, so what is there to do for us? I thought the kiddie area and the lazy river, and that's about it? I don't do water slides at all, and DH may or may not, but not more than a couple times if he does.

So, what is there for us to do? I looked on allears, but I didn't find alot except for the huge slides. What about the family raft ride? Is there some way to keep the boys from falling out? Is it even worth it?

Help?

Hmmmm, I don't think I am much help because all five of us are daredevils including my dd. I would say the family raft ride will be fine though. If it is the one I am thinking of it has a bottom to it and will fit up to five or six people. Have you looked at the Disney site itself? You might be able to find more info there. Heck try the planning video. LOL!

Not much help, but I am getting excited!!!!!!

Not much there either, but thanks for the tip!

I'm getting excited too! Debating about trying to get an Illuminations Cruise when my 90 day mark hits this weekend, but it's $300 now, and that's a lot more than I paid last time. It's worth it, but.........

Didn't you say you changed your dates? What are they now?

I'm not sure yet about SW. The boys are doing the Pirate Cruise at the GF that morning and it ends around 11:30-12:00. That means it would be 12:00 or 12:30 before we could get there, and I don't know how much we'd get done. We would only be able to do things that don't need the FP, and I don't really know what that is. I think they'd like to see the SW Mickey, Darth Vader was out when we were there a couple weeks ago and I know DS6 would love to see him, Isaac could care less. I would like to see the Jedi Training, and that's probably about it. We're driving either to Brunswick or Savannah, GA to spend the night, and we'll have about a 10 hour drive the next day.

I don't really know if it would even be worth it, but Trev would love it, and he's not old enough to know what he didn't get to see.

Ok, I'm not too much help as I've never been (and I'm a bit of a wimp myself! LOL) but we are planning on visiting BB this April.
