We've been watching the disney trip planning DVD and it's final we've made a family decision and we're going to disney! (not sea world or discovery cove as previously considered!) Adn it didn't really take much thought, the boys watched the dvd and we weren't even half way through it and they were begging to go this year not next, well it's still next year but they're on board and excited!

I have to say for those of us that know nothing about Disney the dvd is wonderful! It really gave us the idea that it is for the whole family not just tots. The boys are so excited and said they'd even go on the dumbo ride with Abby, just for our sis they said!

So now I have to start reading and planning. we're even going to stay on site, DH said it sounds practical if we really don't have to rent a car then. Is that really possible/practical?

And is there going to be any big differences between what's on the DVD for MYW and what is available next year? how big of a price difference will there be? we'll probably do a value resort, the boys like the music one already!

Gosh there are so many questions! I'm so excited to have made a final destination decision! now to go search the board for all my questions!!LOL!! This is going to be fun!!!

Congratulations!! There is a lot of planning to do, but it will be fun!! In my opinion it's definitely more practical (and more fun) to stay on-site. Have you checked out www.allearsnet.com yet? You can get lost in all the Disney info. on that site - it's a fantastic resource.

How kind of your sons to offer to ride Dumbo for their little sister LOL! My 10 year old twins seem to muster up the same kind of "generosity" when we go. They always say, "Well, we'll ride it for Julia..." and when I assure them that is not necessary they feel it is their duty!

Have fun with your planning!
