Our plane gets in at 6:10pm, about when do you figure we would get the the FW Cabins and should I really plan on doing anything that night? I was originally thinking of going the DTD but heck it might be almost 8 by the time we get there right?!? should I just plan on checking out the campgrounds? will there be stuff going on at the campgrounds to do for the kids at night? do they have activities you can find out about? What about food that night, should we just hit the buffet (can't think of the name off hand) at the grounds?

honestly, I would plan to explore your resort and make an early night of it so you can start fresh the next morning. don't they have a campfire and such at ft. wilderness?

How exciting!!

How are you getting from MCO to FW? If you are using ME, you should allow about 1-1 1/2 hours from landing time to arrival at check in. Once you check in, you'll need to get to your loop. (When we stayed at FW without a car, they brought us to our cabin via golf cart)

I don't know if by 8 pm, my kids would be up for much. Maybe the Trails End would be a good choice (I've never had dinner there but breakfast is great!). Or you could hop the boat and go to WCC or CM's. I'd make ADR's though. I think it would be hard to get in without one.

Our first night tradition is always Chef Mickey's. My kids don't want to start out any other way (believe me, I tried!).

Have fun!
