MVMCP or MNSSHP? DD's will be almost 5 and almost 3 and we have never been to either. We live in Florida, so if we go in October we would not where costumes, we would just get the girls face painted before hand. Which would be more fun and magical for them?

Thanks - Ashli

I've never been to either but we are planning on attending MVMCP when we visit in Nov (very excited! LOL).

Thanks for the links. I am thinking that my kids would love to see Christmas/Santa and the MK all rolled into one.

Now to pick some dates early in December.

Thanks - Ashli

Look for the dates for the Pop Warner Super Bowl...those dates will be heavier with families because their little ones will be playing football/dancing/cheering.

I love early December, and the only time between 1999 and 2002 (4 years in a row) that we saw heavier crowds was the weekend following Walt's 100th birthday (big media event). But that was before Pop Warner.

The crowds die down the Monday after Thanksgiving, if you want to keep those Nov dates in mind, too (there are a few Nov dates for the party and the Candlelight Processional and Osborne lights start after Thanksgiving, too).

Actually this year the Osbourne Lights are starting earlier - I was so excited when I read the Nov dates b/c we should hopefully be able to see them! Hooray!

That's cool!! Glad you'll be able to do the party AND the lights!

I just wanted to let her know that even if she had to plan Nov dates after Thanksgiving, she'll still get what she was looking for in early December--low crowds, decorations, and holiday happenings.

Oh, I agree - late November is totally a nice alternative to Dec since everything for the holidays is up and running.

Just a note that if you do want to see SANTA, he's available at Downtown Disney and we have never seen a line for him...not even on a busy, busy Saturday.

Either would be great! We've done MNSSHP, and it was a blast, but I'd love to see WDW at Christmastime and go to MVMCP......

I've vote MVMCP!

We went to MNSSHP on Halloween night 2004 and had a blast -- my kids were 5 and 2 at the time.
