That's awesome Kellie and what a great spot to start jogging! I think I could just run down a beautiful beach everyday too!! :D Maybe I'll put a picture of a beach on my treadmill! ;)

How funny. We went to Disney in June and then stayed at the beach for a week after that, which is when I actually started working out again. There was a great path that ran along the beach right outside of our condo. It was so inspiring that I just started jogging! I really hope to keep it up.

That's a great plan! I worked out on a regular basis for months but let it all go when we went to Disney and never got back into it. This time, I'm attacking the holidays by working out as soon as I get cleared after the baby and I'm secretly grinning because since I'll be BFing, I need those extra calories right?! ;) I'm getting hungry just thinking about turkeys and gravy and gingerbread cookies!

I handle them by telling myself I'll do on a diet after New Years! ;)

I just finally got back into a regular work out routine about two months ago, so hopefully that will continue and help a bit this holiday season. I usually don't limit myself when it comes to food at the holidays. I just enjoy it too much to hold back!
