This is what I found on the 4-H website:
Celebrate National 4-H Week!
October 5-11 is National4-H Week. Six million 4-H members and over 500,000 4-H volunteers will celebrate their 4-H involvement with various activities across the country.
Nationally, 4-H will launch the first 4-H National Youth Science Day on October 8. To excite youth about science, 4-H has created an experiment and related activities to focus on science and water conservation. 4-H members and friends nationwide will conduct the experiment at local and state events to showcase 4-H science, engineering and technology (SET) programs. 4-H will also launch it's innovative, youth-oriented Web site at www.4-H.org. On Friday, seventeen new laureates will be inducted into the National 4-H Hall of Fame.
4-H is the largest youth organization in the U.S. National 4-H Headquarters provides federal funding, national program leadership and policy guidance to the U.S. 4-H Youth Development Program.
Our 4-H Club, which I'm the leader, has a table display at the local bank where we put exhibits that we had at fair (or pictures of the exhibits, such as with food & nutrition items).
