Just found out we don't have our venue for the Pinewood Derby.

I recommend in the future getting a written aknowledgement of the reservation at the time, or a printout of the calendar showing the requested/approved dates/times.
Of course that does not help you now.
Sorry to hear about that... I wonder if the troop would be willing to host your derby?
At this point I'm thinking we are just going to bump the derby. I've not found a location for the same date and most of the other adults in the pack are just emailing me locations to try. It would be nice to hear that someone else is picking up the phone to make calls.
