1- Extra long Webelos Den meeting (3:30-6pm) to color scenery for puppet play, and practice lines...Puppets were made at home during the last week (and they turned out so cute too... all very original...performance will be at Nov. pack meeting.

2- Deliver patches to Daisy/Brownie meeting for those girls who came to a sleepover that some of our Juniors led for a Bronze Award project... not one of the actual Bronze Award girls came to deliver the patches... just my daughter and her friend.

What kind of museum kept their attention for so long? I think our Tigers are going to go to an old house/museum for their Go See It.. when it's all decked out for Christmas. Each room will be from a different decade and there are also old fashioned games the kids can play.

We went to McKinley Museum. Each area is tiny. The boys did a scavenger hunt in the dinosaur area & the eco area. They did all of the hands on things in the science area ie bubbles, tornado maker, pretend to forecast the weather. Snack time. Learn about President McKinley and find examples of how times have changed. Visit the planetarium. Go to the retro home furnishings area. Check out displays from local businesses. Go to an 1800's town (slide down the fire pole). See the model train display. Go to the seasonal exhibit (dresses right now). Hang out on the monument stairs. These kids were fantastic. It's like all of the stars lined up in a perfect row or something. lol.
