I'm just wondering what your favorite GS cookie is.

I've always loved samoas and always will. But we too have fallen in love with the new Thank You Berry Munch cookies (TUBM). I really hope they bring them back next year because they are an awesome addition, but also didn't sell well since they are new. Ours really sold well at our booth sale though because we cracked open a box for samples... and even though some bits were small, people really liked them. My husband wants to make TUBM ice cream next in our ice cream maker. He had me buy some more just for that! My littlest boy likes the Samoas too. My next oldest likes a lot of them. My daughter likes the Thin Mints and Tagalongs.

Using the Dulce de Leches as a cheesecake crust is a great idea!

I think if they would have broken a few of the TUBM cookies for samples, they would have sold better.

We always set aside a box or two of the newest ones as our sample ones and they generally seem to sell much better for us than any other troop. The only exception was the sugar free little brownie bites... they were really horrible (even though they were good for a population that couldn't have sugar.)
