Does anyone out there know how to read the cranberry bottle?? I am very confused. The bottle I have now says 1680 mg but on the back it says 140 mg of concentrate. Do I need to be taking 1000 to 2000 of concentrate or the equivalence of fresh cranberries. Help please.

The ph of blood is different from the ph of urine. Our blood contains buffers that keep the blood ph "practically constant" . The normal range being pH 7.3 to pH 7.5.
