Hello all. My name is An and I have 3 beautiful boys (9, 7, & 2) and have finally worked up enough courage to try one more time for a girl. DH is also finally receptive to having another baby (boy or girl). We live in Germany where most families have 1-2 children. By European standards, we have a large family already! With my 3rd pregnancy (we lived in Rome then), several people came up to me and told me that 3 children was enough. What sort of comments will I get when I get pregnant with my 4th? :)
I just started charting a few days ago. So far it's been quite hard to wake up at the same time each day. Our 2 year old sleeps in the same room with us and wakes up anytime between 5:30 - 7:00 am.
I was wondering if anyone has tried the O + 12 method? Or does anyone have any success stories with this method? It is quite overwhelming when I try to consider both the O + 12 method and the Shettles method.
Also, I've read that Sudafed helps dry out the CM. Has anyone tried this (combined with Shettles or O + 12) and conceived a girl?
I am also going to add more Ca, Mg and craberry supplements to my diet.
If anyone has any further tips, suggestions, or advice, please let me know.
