Caffeine during pregnancy?

I think I feel comfortable cutting out all caffeine during PG, yet I keep hearing mixed advice about it. My mom continued to have a cup of coffee every day and we turned out fine!

It might be something you want to consider cutting back on even before you get pregnant, since research as found that it can affect your fertility: http://www.ivillage.com/caffeine-may-interfere-fertility-women/4-a-353437?ice=iv:mb:msg:mm
When I was pregnant with DD, my OB said that one cup of coffee per day is fine (max 250 mg per day, I think, is what he specified, which amounts to 2 small cups or a large mug, depending on the brew). I tried to limit myself to half that amount during my pregnancy.
I am in the process of cutting way back on caffeine as part of my diet, but I don't see myself eliminating it completely. I'll probably still have a glass or two of unsweetened ice tea, which isn't all that much caffeine. I will probably maintain this caffeine level (usually less than 100 mg per day) after getting pregnant with #2.

Thanks for your responses, ladies!
I'm not sure if I will cut it out completely or still have one cup.
I have had those withdrawals symptoms before and it scares me to do it again, sigh.
I already cut back my caffeine intake a few years ago in an attempt to be healthier. I was a soda addict and I have eliminated that from my diet completely. I do love my coffee though and have two cups every morning. In college I used to also drink coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks,
I usually have two small squares of dark chocolate. It shouldn't have too much caffeine.
Well I had 2 cups of coffee yesterday, and 2 cups of tea, and 3 chocolate chip cookies .... but who's counting? lol
I blame wedding planning. I need all the sugar and caffeine I can get right now!
