For those of you that use FF I noticed after ovulation it says on there how many days past O you are.

Sandy, FF uses any and all signs that you enter to determine O date. If you use OPK's it will use those in conjunction with your CM and temp recordings. OPK's are usually the last thing that FF takes in to account. Unless you override and set your own O date, FF won't identify O until you have had three days of raised temps. HTH!

Hey Sandy,

FF mostly looks at temps. If you have three temps in a row higher than any of the six previous temps, it will assume you O'd on the day before the rise. This is a mathematical principle, but it holds true for how Prog changes your BBT. It will also take CM, CP, and OPK's into consideration, but it mostly looks at temps. HTH!

Thanks to Sophie for the gorgeous siggies!
