Hi, my name is Jenn (32) and my DH (35) we have 2 DD's ages 2 3/4 and 15 mths. They were 17.5 mths apart exactly it was a hard first year but so worth it. Anyway...we are going to be trying for number 3 probably in July-September 2004 timeframe so I looks like we have a few months of waiting time. My DH would love for me to get pg right now but I want to give my babies a bit more time as well as myself. I am due for AF tommorrow and don't plan on starting a new pack of pills so I can have about 6 months to get regular. We plan on attempting the shettles method for a boy but how fun would it be to have 3 girls???? (giggle giggle). My DH would not be laughing at that because he is way outnumbered. He doesn't care what we have he just wants a lot of kids. 3 is the limit for me...I would be pulling my hair out. Anyone else out there with the same timeframe??

Thanks for the warm welcome Sarah! Wow...how are you a stay at home mom to 3 kids and working on your degree AND homeschooling??? lol I was snowed in yesterday with my girls and I found it hard enough to do a load of laundry or two! I considered staying at home with them but I am really lazy when it comes to planning activities for them ...I am a push over when they want a movie I just go put it in and they would probably eat cookies all day. At nursery school they have circle time and they learn spanish and colors and shapes and I just don't think I have the patience to do all of that...I would be all over the house doing other stuff. In addition to that I really am one of those types of people that need adult or alone time...I applaud your ability to do all that you are doing...that takes a special kind of person. With the third baby planned my job will probably only cover the daycare so that I can get out of the house...lol..but that is worth it to me if the job is good.

May 2005 is not that far away at all! We planned a vacation for April 2004 back in November of 2002 and now it is right around the corner!! Can't wait to spend some more time here!

Hi, Jenn! I'm also new here! I have to admit that having both genders now is a dream come true for me! I have my mama's boys (my second is a real cuddler) and now my little princess, too! I never had a sister and my mom and I have no relationship, so having a baby girl now is great! It would be excellent to give her a little (ahem--already named, lol) sister in a couple years. Of course, we would be thrilled with either! :o)

Anyway, we started out trying "girl diet"/Shettles for a girl for round three. We ended up with a very heartbreaking, unexpected bout of infertility upon us, though, so we gave that up. We just wanted another baby. You know, according to Shettles, Kiley is "supposed" to be a boy. LOL! I know when I ovulated without a shadow of a doubt (my follicles were being watched via ultrasound because I was on Gonal-F). She was definitely conceived on "O" day! For sure!!! So, who really knows? IMPO, only the one up above! LOL! For that matter, according to the "Chinese Lunar Charts" my second was supposed to be a girl...lol... I am really glad I had my two boys first. They are close and love playing together. They are also adorable watching out for their baby sister!

In any event, happy waiting to you! I'll be right here in baby dreamland with you for awhile as my DH and I work on getting through school...

Melissa, married to my wonderful, hardworking DH for 8 3/4 years and very blessed mommy to three little loves (hoping for five-slight possibility of six-eventually):
