-Name, SO, ages: Rebekah, 22 and DH, 26

-Where do you live? Northeast Mississippi---about to move to West Tennessee in a couple of weeks

-Any kids? None yet

-Pets? 2 cats, Bella and Gracie

-WTT reasons? Lose enough weight to get off acid reflux medication and to just improve my overall health.

-How are you doing with your WTT goals? I have kind of been standing still the past 2 weeks. I quit Weight Watchers and decided just to 'eat healthy and reasonably' and I have been doing the "Walk Away the Pounds" 2 mile video. I feel healthier, but I gained 0.6 pounds as of weigh-in on Wednesday.

-When are you WTT? As soon as I lose this weight to get taken off my acid reflux medication, and to go even below that so I won't get acid reflux again while being pregnant. Hoping to lose about 40 pounds before TTC #1, so whenever I hit that, we'll get to trying!

-Name, SO, ages: Christine/32 and DH/35
-Where do you live? Midwest US
-Any kids? DD Selin, 13 mo
-Pets? Zorba the cat, 7 yo
-WTT reasons? Same as last month - finish school and get insurance with maternity coverage. We'd also ideally like a bigger house as we only have 2BR. I should just keep copying and pasting this answer from month to month because it's likely not to change for awhile, lol.
-How are you doing with your WTT goals? Well I'll have my teaching cert soon since I'm finishing up student teaching this month but still have one class left before I'll actually have my Masters. I'd like to get a job first and then take the last class so I'm hoping for this fall. As for the insurance, there's not much we can do right now because our policy doesn't renew until Oct. so we can't add it on until then and then it's another 1 year waiting period before it goes into effect. I'm hopeful we'll have different insurance by then though as I just can't see us waiting until Selin is almost 3 to TTC #2. We've thought about renting out our house and build another but have to come up with the $$$$ for that first.
-When are you WTT? No freakin' clue and it's driving me crazy. I'm hoping for later this year but if we still have the same insurance then it won't be earlier than fall 2012. :-(
-What are you doing for Easter? We usually eat with both families but haven't worked out the details yet.

-I'll add a question! Since this month is Earth Day, what do you do for your part in helping our planet? :-)

We do a couple of things in our household - we obviously recycle; we do as much paperless billing and online banking as possible; we reuse plastic grocery store bags for litter and diaper disposal; we follow the toilet rule of "if it's yellow let it mellow...", except when we're expecting guests, then we flush, lol; we air dry as much laundry as possible; I was also just added to this group on FB by a friend of mine called 'Achieving Self-Reliance' and it's all about making your own food and products so once I'm done with school and have more free time, I'd like to make my own laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. and learn how to garden in order to save money and put healthier stuff on and in our bodies.

I have walk away the pounds and I know what you mean. I have a wide range of them including a jogging one. Maybe if you got some of her different work outs to mix it up that would help.

Ok others include: Golds Gym All day Energy, Slim in 6 work outs , Fat to Firm Fast, I have a Belly Dance for beginners that is pretty easy, and then Tae Boa isn't to bad.

Christine: I hope you get better coverage before fall 2012!

-Since this month is Earth Day, what do you do for your part in helping our planet?

I also recycle, clean with cloths, vinegar and baking soda; also reuse grocery bags for litter and small garbages, close lights when I leave a room...I also want to make my own laundry soap but cannot seem to find washing soda and borax anywhere! Maybe I'll need to order them...I want to also make our own soap that could also serve as shampoo, but it's a dangerous process and I am afraid of it. I would love to air dry our clothes, but we live in a condo.

Thanks Victoria! That is strange that you can't find Borax anywhere. All of my grocery stores carry it.

As for air drying, I don't use a clothes line but rather one of those collapsable clothes drying racks (which should be available at a place like WalMart) so that should work in your condo. :-)

-Name, SO, ages: Becki, 25, and Paul, 27
-Where do you live? Massachusetts
-Any kids? None yet
-Pets? One cat, one bunny and we are babysitting three guinea pigs!
-WTT reasons? The major reason is waiting for DH to feel emotionally ready. While we wait I'm trying to lose 30 pounds and we're working on our savings account and our careers.
-How are you doing with your WTT goals? DH is in a funny place where he thinks about babies and pregnancy all the time and brings it up often, but he's too scared to talk seriously about moving forward. I'm trying to get him to open up and discuss his fears but it's tough. We're doing OK on savings, slowly but surely building up some emergency funds, but I'd like to have more before a baby comes into the picture. Losing weight is going OK - lost around 13 pounds since Jan 1., but pretty much maintained for the past month.
-When are you WTT? I have no idea - 2012? I was hoping for this year but it doesn't seem too likely with DH right now. If we start in 2012 we'll have been married 5 years, so that would be pretty good timing, and I'd be 26.
-What are you doing for Easter? My mom, grandmother and I are having a girls' weekend in NYC Thursday-Saturday of that week. On Easter Sunday I'll probably have dinner either my parents or the in-laws, or both.
-Add any questions! Does your SO's TTC timeline line up with yours?
