This is my personal opinion and I don't know you, so please take it with a grain of salt. I am all for NOT WTT. When it comes to kids and fertility issues or potential ones, the sooner you find out, the easier it is to treat and keep trying. When it comes to finances, you will find a way, everyone does. Also, teaching is a great career to raise a family as a working mom and since DH is almost done, now is perfect. No time like the present!

Hi Courtney, welcome to the board :) Since you have endometriosis, I would probably suggest you try sooner rather than later. At least get some kind of idea on if there are any issues, the information could help you decide if you want to wait or not. Are you on any birth control currently? If not, you could try fertility charting to see if you are ovulating regularly.

Hi Courtney! It's so nice to have you here!

I'm Victoria, 29, and DH, 42 and I are WTT our first! It sounds like you have a lot on your plate! My advice is to wait for jobs to be more set. Have you talked to your doctor about your worries?

28 is still young! It's always nicer to TTC when you don't have stress lingering on. Best of luck and I hope you stick around!
